Elevated Movement, founded by Holly Shaw, is committed to providing movement education to all people. We design sessions and classes for all body types and ability levels, focus on working smarter, not harder, and guide individuals in building foundational and biomechanically sound movement patterns necessary for any activity. Through proper alignment of all joints and efficient body mechanics, movement increases strength, mobility, endurance, flexibility, and stability throughout the whole body. Elevated Movement specializes in athletic training, pre and post-natal care, pain management, movement for the older adult, and injury rehabilitation.
