Pilates

Pilates will focus on gaining strength, range of motion, alignment, and ease at all joints and through the spine. We will use small props to encourage muscular engagement and help increase coordination throughout the body when moving. This class can be taught on the floor, seated in a chair, or standing for all ages and fitness levels.

 

Yoga

Yoga will bring the physical and spiritual aspects of life together into one practice. Through a series of yoga poses, we will promote strength and flexibility at all joints while being safe and mindful in the practice. We will use small props and this class can be taught on the floor, seated in a chair, or standing for all ages and fitness levels.

 

Dance Movement

Dance Movement is a fun and energizing class for everyone. We will use dance like movement and exercises to increase strength, stamina, and range of motion in our bodies. In this class we will use music and small props. This class will be taught standing for all ages and fitness levels.

 

Meditation

Meditation is a way to silence the mind and calm the physical body. Through a guided meditation, breath work, and focus you will find yourself more aware and in tune with yourself than when you started. Meditation can be done lying down or seated.
